Buster’s Sea Cove has been a St. Lawrence Market mainstay for over a decade, serving up—as its name would suggest—an array of seafood beloved for its simple but flavorful preparation and freshness. Their food truck—Toronto’s first seafood food truck, in fact—follows suit, with a concise but well-executed menu of dishes that are a departure from the original location’s menu, and utterly suitable for a roadside chow down.
